Your New BFFs Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
3 cup Yams (cooked and mashed)
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Pecans (chopped)
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Butter (melted)
1/4 cup Butter (melted)
1/3 cup Flour
2 ea Large Eggs (well beaten)
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Pumpkin Spices
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
· Bake about 4 lbs of Yams until done. Cut in half and scoop out flesh to make 3 cups.
· Combine Brown Sugar, Flour, Nuts and 1/4 cup Melted Butter in mixing bowl. Set aside.
· Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
· Combine mashed Yams, Maple Syrup, Salt, Vanilla, Eggs and Butter in that order, in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly with a fork.
· Pour Yam mixture into a well buttered baking dish and smooth to even.
· Sprinkle the crust mixture on top of the Yams and even out.
· Bake for 30 minutes and then allow to set at least 30 minutes before serving.
· Can be made a day ahead and warmed before serving.
